An organization building a full structured literacy system will need to be able to 1) create a viable instructional pathway to reading proficiency based on science 2) put in measurement points along that pathway to determine effectiveness and 3) continually adjust to determine if what is in place is effective.

Objective:

  • Create a complete instructional and assessment map across all tiers of instruction for a singular cohort of students.

    • Multiple cohorts may be applied to similar instructional models.
